FMI Makes Donation to Wounded Warrior Project

Wounded Warrior Project

FMI shares its success with the community. Requests nominations for charities from employees.

Allentown, PA—February 18, 2019

FMI, a privately held company focused on full service contract manufacturing makes a donation to Wounded Warrior Project.  Near the end of every year, the employees of FMI are asked to nominate charities that are near and dear to their heart. This charity made a significant impact to several employees whose family and friends have been affected by physical or emotional trauma suffered as a result of serving our country in the military.  CEO, Kevin Rhodes, and his wife and VP of Sales & Marketing, Sheryl Rhodes, have the arduous task of choosing the charities in which to donate from the many nominations. Wounded Warriors made the list of seven charities that received donations from FMI. “As Americans we value our freedom and we need our military in order to ensure our way of life.  For those reasons, FMI is proud to donate to an organization who helps veterans transition to civilian life”, said Kevin Rhodes, CEO.

About Wounded Warrior Project

Wounded Warrior Project believes that every warrior (veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illness or wounds while serving in the military on or after September 11, 2001) has a next mission and that the transition to civilian life is a journey. And for every warrior, family member, and caregiver, that journey looks different.  This organization assists warriors from their first step and each step that follows. They believe that every warrior should have a positive future to look forward to. There’s always another goal to achieve, another mission to discover. WWP is their partner in that mission.

All veterans programs and services that the Wounded Warrior Project offers to warriors are free of charge as they believe there’s no dollar value to finding recovery and no limit to what warriors can achieve in order to build the future they deserve.   https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org
