Kevin Rhodes – CEO/President
Prior to founding FMI, Kevin spent 10 years working for Procter & Gamble at their Staten Island, NY and Avenel, NJ locations. Kevin is a graduate of Lafayette College with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering who achieved his MBA from New York University while working full-time. The combination of his manufacturing expertise and business acumen has played a critical role in FMI’s continued success.
Sheryl Rhodes – VP Sales & Marketing
With more than 25 years of sales experience for individual entrepreneurs and Fortune 100 companies alike, Sheryl has services customers in the pharmaceutical, food, pet care, and personal care industries. Today, Sheryl leads FMI’s Sales team, coordinating with Product Development, Quality & Regulatory Control, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Jenn Bellesfield – Project Manager
Jenn began her career at FMI in 2001 in our Customer Service department. Since then, she has extended the span of her work within FMI as a Project Manager. Today, Jenn uses her vast knowledge and years of experience to collaborate with customers of all sizes on a wide range of projects.
Jessica Lewicki – Project Manager
A graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management, Jessica joined FMI as a Project Coordinator in 2012. Since then, Jessica has advanced to her current position where she ensures all customer needs are being met in an efficient and satisfactory manner.
Megan Deutsch – Project Manager
A graduate of Northampton Community College with a degree in Business Administration, Megan began her career at FMI in 2008. In 2009, she was promoted to Project Coordinator within the Sales Department before advancing to her current position. Her experience “on the floor” has been invaluable in helping customers evaluate packaging options and develop their products.
George Kressler – Quality Control/Regulatory Manager
With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University’s School of Pharmacy, George joined FMI in 2010 with an extensive background in manufacturing and quality principles and methodologies gained from decades of industry experience. George is a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, from which he holds multiple certifications, including Quality Manager, Quality Auditor and Pharmaceutical GMP Professional. George is an indispensable member of the FMI team.
Megan Conrad – Product Development Manager
Megan Conrad has been working in the Product Development Laboratory at FMI since August 2009, and she was named Product Development Manager in January 2012. She earned a Master of Science degree in chemistry from Lehigh University in 2009 following the completion of her Bachelor of Science in chemistry in 2008 from the same university, both with highest honors. Megan is an active member of the New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NYSCC). Her creativity coupled with her technical training, experience, and knowledge of personal care ingredients and formulations help to service our customers’ needs and produce products of high quality innovation.
Since 2001, Kris has been instrumental in the success of FMI’s Product Development team. Prior to his career at FMI, Kris worked in both the chemical re-packaging and pharmaceutical industries. He has combined well his knowledge from past industries with his years of experience at FMI to develop innovative formulas and meet all customer needs efficiently and effectively.
Marina Starcic – Product Development Chemist
Having graduated with high honors from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Chemistry in 2016, Marina has turned a successful internship with FMI into a full-time career. Her knowledge and experience is evident in all that she does with Product Development, and she has proved herself to be a valuable member of the FMI team.
Paula Spring – Shipping Supervisor
Prior to joining FMI in 2011, Paula gained years of experience as an Operations Supervisor for a global express delivery company. An essential member of our team, Paula and her thorough knowledge of outbound logistics have helped both FMI and its customers save time, money, and resources.
Michele Egry – Logistics Manager
With a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Moravian College, Michele has a skillset that has proved indispensable to the FMI team. Before becoming a member of the FMI team, Michele enjoyed a successful career in procurement, logistics, and production planning with Georgia-Pacific.
Paul Lara – Production Management
As a graduate from Penn State University with a BS in Business and a minor in Management and Marketing, Paul joined the FMI family in March of 2016. Paul as our Production Manager is an essential part of our team and helps along our process with ease. Along with his degrees, he has also received a Lean 6 Sigma Certificate from Villanova and is enrolled in both the American Production Inventory Control Society as well as the Certificate Supply Chain Program.
