Incoming Material Control

  FMI will assist in getting your inbound materials to the plant in time for production and inspected for quality. This may take the form of oversight, complete responsibility or any step in between.

Direct Ship (Pick & Pack)

This may involve repackaging several different products into special kits, including “testers” or brochures, and consolidating several products into one shipment to save freight costs.   FMI is installing a major Enterprise Resource Planning software system that provides the capability to integrate all of our customer’s supply chain information in one integrated system. This means that it will be easy to track and report on the status of all materials required to complete your orders and deliver them to your customers. You can see at any time exactly where your order and all of its parts are in the process.

Reduced Costs

  FMI has partnership arrangements with UPS World Shipping, FedEx and Freight Coordinators Logistics that enable our customers to be assured of the best freight rates available. This is possible because of the ability to integrate our automation with our customer’s systems and the FMI philosophy of sharing our volume discounts with our customers.
